Maintenance & Repairs

This project brief is essential as it will work towards helping control costs by keeping fittings and equipment in good working order and to ensure that appropriate par levels of essential equipment such as tableware and cookware are maintained to help achieve operational efficiency. A regular schedule of repairs and maintenance will help to maintain the physical presentation of the premises, continued customer satisfaction, reduce the costs of unnecessary repairs, reduce energy expenses, and meet the OH&S requirements of being an employer in the hospitality industry.
